Our minds are often focused on the challenges facing our sector.
So our new session at The Venn: University Leaders Forum on 24 June is all about celebrating our successes.
This year we would like to hear from you, to share your examples of excellent practice with other leaders across higher education and beyond, during The Hour of Awesome.
This session aims to highlight outstanding examples of universities having a positive impact on the lives of UK voters – in particular, around the four themes that structure the day’s exploration of where universities might ‘make the case’:
Driving economic growth
Access to life-changing opportunity
Jobs for the future
Discovery
This Hour of Awesome is a lightning round of award-winning case-studies from universities making a difference, including:
Each university will have 5 minutes and 10 slides, following the same format. The session will take place at 11:00 - 12:00 on Wednesday 24 June at the Royal Society.
