Location: The Royal Society, 6-9 Carlton House Terrace, London SW1Y 5AG

Entrance: Please use the main entrance to The Royal Society on Carlton House Terrace and staff will be there to direct you to the registration area when you arrive.
Travelling to the venue
By tube: The nearest underground stations to The Royal Society are:
Charing Cross (Northern Line) and Piccadilly Circus (Piccadilly Line)
By bus: 12, 13, 15 and 453.
By car: We are located within the congestion charge zone. On-street parking on Carlton House Terrace and Waterloo Place is available for up to four hours, priced at £11.38 per 2 hours. The Cavendish Carpark is also close by.

Registration & tickets
Registration will open from 9.30am, and the registration desk will be staffed all day if you’re running late or can’t make it to all of the forum.
There will be a cloakroom available for bags and coats.
Food, drink and entertainment

Mid-morning tea, coffee and seasonal sliced fruits
Hot fork buffet lunch
Mid-afternoon tea and coffee with homemade cake bites
On Wednesday 25 June, a drinks reception will follow the day’s sessions at The Prince Phillip House Garden, 3-4 Carlton Terrace, London, SW1Y 5DG (next door) from 5.30pm to 8.30pm.
